How to create a pivot table in Google Sheets

It seems like you want to create a statistical table using Google Sheets. Instead of using formulas and calculation functions, you can utilize the built-in feature to create a statistical table. Creating a table in Google Sheets is very simple and easy to use. Let's go through the guide and practice it on your laptop or computer to remember it better.

To create a PivotTable, you can follow these steps:

  1. Select a cell in the data range or source data.
  2. Go to Insert > Recommended PivotTable.
  3. Excel will analyze your data and display some options for you to choose from.
  4. Select the PivotTable that best suits your needs and click OK. Excel will create a PivotTable on a new sheet and display the PivotTable Fields list.

Alternatively, you can also create a PivotTable manually:

  1. Select a cell in the data range or source data.
  2. Go to Insert > PivotTable.
  3. Excel will display the Create PivotTable dialog box with the selected data range or table name.
  4. In the Choose where you want to place the report, select New sheet or Existing sheet.

Remember, you can always ask for help from the Excel community or receive support from the community if you need assistance.
